The scope, price, and timeline for any project are confirmed in writing with each client before work begins; larger engagements, such as custom web applications, may also be covered by a separate signed agreement. These general terms apply to all use of this website and all client engagements.
This site and its content are provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of JSI Group unless otherwise stated. Ownership of client project deliverables is agreed with each client and, where applicable, set out in the project's signed agreement.
Payment terms for client projects are confirmed in writing with each client. Late or missing payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
JSI Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
