Welcome to JSI Group ("JSI Group," "we," "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
JSI Group provides strategy, web design and development, brand and graphic design, business automation, managed services, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. Every engagement is governed by a written scope, price, timeline, responsibilities, and support level. A project-specific proposal or agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
Work outside the approved scope requires written approval and may change price or timing. Delivery depends on timely client decisions, access, content, data, and third-party availability. Recurring support, service levels, maintenance windows, and termination terms are defined in the applicable agreement; services may be paused for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or material breach.
Only Premium Web Platforms currently offers both structures. Brand & Graphic Design and Business Automation are priced per project after scoping. Own the Build uses a larger upfront implementation investment with a lower ongoing support fee. The client owns the completed system at handoff, subject to the ownership and licensing terms in the final project agreement. Managed System uses $0 upfront for qualified companies in exchange for a higher recurring monthly investment under a required minimum-term managed-service agreement; JSI continuously manages, maintains, monitors, supports, and improves the system as part of that relationship. Final scope, term, usage limits, integrations, third-party costs, ownership, transfer and export rights, cancellation terms, and end-of-agreement options are confirmed during discovery and in the signed agreement.
For Managed System engagements, the minimum agreement term, included usage, any overage or third-party pass-through costs, ownership or licensing treatment during and after the term, end-of-term behavior (renewal, conversion, or offboarding), any buyout option, and early-termination responsibility are all set out in the project-specific agreement rather than a single blanket policy applied to every client or every service. Choosing a preferred investment structure on this site or in a conversation with Sonny does not itself qualify a visitor for Managed System pricing — qualification, final scope, and all commercial terms are confirmed during discovery and documented in the written agreement, which controls over any general description on this site.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and may require human review. Clients remain responsible for decisions made using delivered systems and for identifying regulated or high-risk uses. JSI does not guarantee revenue, savings, rankings, leads, uptime from third parties, or other business outcomes.
Projects may depend on hosting providers, software platforms, APIs, models, domains, or other third-party services governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, security, and limits. JSI is not responsible for changes or failures outside its reasonable control. Client-paid subscriptions and usage charges remain the client's responsibility unless the written scope says otherwise.
This site and its content are provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Site content is owned by JSI Group unless stated otherwise. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, reusable components, open-source software, third-party materials, subscriptions, and pre-existing tools are defined in the project agreement. Clients represent that they have the right to provide all content, data, trademarks, credentials, and other materials supplied to JSI.
Deposits, milestones, recurring charges, taxes, expenses, late payments, refunds, and termination balances are confirmed in writing. Late or missing payments may pause work, support, hosting, or delivery where permitted by the project agreement and law.
Clients are responsible for lawful data collection and use, authorized users, accurate access requests, credential security, backups assigned to them, and promptly reporting access changes. Delivered systems may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, deception, infringement, or harmful automated decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSI Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party service failures arising from this site or an engagement. Any additional limits or remedies are stated in the project-specific agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
