JSI Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We may collect contact-form information such as your name, email address, selected service, preferred investment structure (Own the Build, Managed System, both, or not sure yet), estimated investment, and project message. Any preference selectors process your answers in the browser, including an optional investment-structure preference question; contact details are optional and are not required to view results. If you use Sonny, we process the messages needed to respond within that browser session.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, operate and improve the site, provide contracted services, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing communications unless a person separately asks for or agrees to them.
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Hosting, analytics, scheduling, and project integrations may process information under their own policies; the current scheduling link uses Calendly. External sites are responsible for their own privacy practices.
The site uses a lightweight analytics script to understand page usage and improve the experience. Hosting and analytics technologies may process IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamps, and similar request information. We do not claim that all technical data is completely anonymous. Cookies or local storage may be used by third-party providers according to their policies.
We retain inquiries and client records only as reasonably needed for follow-up, service delivery, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site or deliver an agreed project, or when legally required. Audit answers and Sonny context are not designed as persistent accounts on this site.
We take reasonable steps to protect any information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing jack@jsigroup.co. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where required for security, contracts, or law.
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
